WandaVision star Elizabeth Olsen revealed her new super powers as Scarlet Witch. It’s no secret that the character needs a bit of reinforcement in the Disney + series. In a new interview TV Guide Magazine lets the actress spill about some of the comics-based powers being brought to the fore WandaVision. Her reality bending powers are in full display during the trailers Marvel has dropped so far. But, as some fans have noted, things in the series seem to lean even further towards magic. From subtle allusions to Enchanted, to use downright magic to perform other tasks, it’s basically all over the series. Olsen teased that Vision during WandaVision both literally and figuratively. Some teasers had him trying to get a job, and maybe Wanda can help with that. The series sounds like it is going to be a pleasure.
Olsen told the publication: ‘She’s a magician’s assistant, who helps [Vision] but do all the tricks for him and don’t let the public know. “
The series star also teased her new superhero outfit in a conversation with Elle. The WandaVision Teaser images have left a trail that fans can dissect and people are raving.
“It just wouldn’t be a plunging neckline corset,” Olsen explained. “I like corsets, but I would like it to be higher. Everyone has things that cover them – Tessa Thompson does, Scarlett. I would like to cover it up. A little bit. It’s funny because sometimes I look around and am I just – wow, I’m the only one with plunging necklines, and that’s a constant joke because they didn’t really develop my superhero costume that way, ”said Olsen. “But look where it started in the comics and it was a leotard and a headband so … oh, it’s awful, it’s so awful. So at least they know it’s not cool.”
