Next week sees the arrival of Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s about time on the Switch. Leading up to this exciting third-party release, YouTuber Cycu1 has put together an “early graphics comparison” video in 1080p, comparing the Nintendo version’s cutscenes to the PlayStation 4 Pro release.

Frankly, it’s hard to tell at a glance which is which, but there are some differences. When this game arrives on March 12th, Nintendo fans will be able to experience the game at 720p in handheld mode and 1080p on the dock – at 30 FPS in both modes.

Here’s what Toys for Bob Creative Producer Lou Studdert had to say when asked about the most challenging aspect of launching the game on Switch, during a chat with our sister site Push Square:

“I mean, it’s the same challenge as bringing it to any console, frankly. There’s just so much content in the game. There are so many levels, there are so many different ways to play, there are all these different things to make it happen. make it work. So for our engineers, our artists, our QA team, just make sure it’s a seamless transition, and that it performs just as well as on the consoles we originally started with. It’s a big undertaking.
