Joe Park – who appeared in Tayshia Adams’ season of The Bachelorette – was given the COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday.

The 36-year-old anesthetist from New York City is one of the first to do so after the vaccine was rolled out to the US on Monday.

Park documented the process step by step on his social media, trying to reassure his followers while saying he would get updates on how he was feeling.

He filmed himself in a mask and scrubs and broke off the four-step process.

He posted a sticker afterwards saying ‘I got my Covid-19 vaccine’, writing that he would post an ‘honest review’ of any symptoms or feelings on day ‘1-3’ as well as week-long markers , a month and two months.
