Like WandaVisionDespite all its high-concept sitcom Magical Madness, lived or eventually died at the hands of Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Kathryn Hahn and Teyonah Parris, so will its Disney + sequel, The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, fly or bone about the chemistry of series stars Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan. Fortunately, that ineffable power seems to be in abundance in new abundance clips released for promothe upcoming series this weekend, including a truly delightful moment in which Mackie – a reliable and underrated comic MVP of the MCU – Bucky lectures on “The Big Three” antagonists, heroes in this universe typical ultimately have to strike: Androids, aliens and wizards.

The two new clips were accompanied by a short featurette in which the two actors explicitly describe the dynamics of their heroes buddy comedy terms, establishing a universe where, like Charles Grodin and a great St. Bernard, you never know if they will eventually kill each other or become best friends. They also talk about Gandalf in one of the clips, which feels like a nice replay of the old “I get that reference” slick of their out-of-time buddy Steve. (There’s also a part where Mackie’s fools Sam Bucky for having a robotic brain, and really, watching Anthony Mackie pull the shit out of the uber-serious Sebastian Stan is going to be the most fun part of the show, we can do it already tell.)

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier debuts on Disney + on March 19.
