Mass Effect Legendary Edition is quite an upgrade in Shepard Comparison Shots

All three games in the original Mass Effect trilogy have received noticeable visual upgrades in Mass Effect Legendary Edition, but most of all, it’s the first title to increasingly sound like it has undergone a real overhaul. BioWare has released new comparison screenshots from the upcoming remaster, this time showing off a much-improved Commander Shepard.

As you can see, the Mass Effect 3 ‘canon’ female Shepard is now fully integrated into Mass Effect (as well as Mass Effect 2). This is because the character creation system is unified in all three games in the Legendary Edition. But even the male Shepard looks a lot more dynamic this time around, and of course the whole package will benefit from improved textures, lighting and different visual effects.
