Moderna’s (MRNA) – Request report The COVID-19 vaccine meets the Food & Drug Administration’s authorization requirements.
Based on the encouraging findings, the agency plans to issue an emergency permit for the use of the vaccine Friday, The New York Times reported, citing people familiar with the FDA’s plans.
The FDA said in a statement Tuesday that it “believes all available data is sufficient to support an evaluation of this product for EUA.”

However, this news came when the United States reported 300,000 deaths from COVID-19.
And President-elect Joe Biden received enough votes from the electoral college – more than 270 – to total 306, confirming that he is the next elected president of the United States and will be sworn in on January 20.
