Eight protesters were arrested on a series of charges as hundreds of protesters dressed in black marched in the northeast of the city. the police said.

A protester was charged with “reckless burning,” Portland police said.
The protesters, who marched against police killings and “fascist massacres,” also threw debris at police and swarmed agents, a local Fox branch reported.
