Incident report details Tiger Woods injuries after a crash

Tiger Woods was more seriously injured in his car accident in February than initial reports indicated, including “being knocked unconscious” and an “open fracture,” it was revealed Wednesday.

The gruesome wounds of the golf legend were detailed in an incident report filed by Los Angeles emergency responders obtained by TMZ Sports.

“Beaten unconscious, tear in front lower jaw, bruised right and left rib cage, fractured right shin and fibula, possible right ankle injury,” the report read, under the section labeled “describe injuries.”

The report also details Woods’ leg injury and reads “open fracture, mid shaft on his right leg, below the knee,” the outlet said.

Woods was driving at nearly twice the speed limit when he lost control of his SUV, hit the median strip and hit a tree at 75 mph in Rancho Palos Verdes, officials said Tuesday after reviewing the black box from. the vehicle.

Although Woods was running at 87 mph in a 45 mph zone, the sheriff said Woods will not be charged with speeding because police officers have not observed him breaking the law.
