Complete each Gnome Challenge in Week 5

Fortnite Season 5 continues to drag along, along with the challenges from Week 5 now being added to the game. While some of this week’s challenges are pretty straightforward, most of them focus around Gnomes again. Luckily, if you’d like to check off all these Gnome-related challenges on your to-do list this week, we’re here to lend you a hand.

In total, Fortnite will charge you with three goals in week 5 pertaining to gnomes. One will need you to dig them up and another will ask you to collect them in Fort Crumpet, Holly Hedges and Pleasant Park. The latter will require you to rebury them in Pleasant Park or Retail Row.

To get started, let’s talk about what to look for when it comes to digging. Buried gnomes appear in-game as glowing blue piles of dirt. When you go to Fort Crumpet to find these buried little guys, you should find them both on the bottom floor of the compound. From here you’ll want to go to Pleasant Park, where you’ll find a bearded buddy in the middle of this setting, while the second is in a yard in front of a house.

When you reach the second Gnome challenge, you’ll want to go back to Fort Crumpet. The first of the two to collect here is hidden under a staircase, while the second is located at the cash register in the gift shop. Both should be relatively easy to spot. The other two are then stored with Holly Hedges and are not that difficult to find. The first is in a garden to the south of this area, while the next is near the holiday tree that appears in the center of this section.

Once you dig up and collect these first gnomes, the final challenge associated with these lawn decorations will make you bury them yourself. Yes, you dug them up to put them back into the ground where they came from. Fortunately, with this challenge, you can choose to bury the Gnomes in Pleasant Park or Retail Row.

To keep it easy, as we’ve talked about it before, let’s look specifically at Pleasant Park’s location. The first of these cemeteries can be found on a small garbage lot in the center of the area. It’s next to a tree and in front of a park bench. The second is next to a tree in the northwest corner of the location in front of a house. In either case, keep an eye out for some notable piles of dirt.

And it should be! Again, there are a handful of additional challenges to complete before week 5, but you should be able to tackle them yourself. Hopefully, this short guide will help you get to grips with Gnome tasks quickly in Fortnite before these guys inevitably make a comeback on the road.
