CBS Sunday Morning special on the career and controversy surrounding filmmaker Woody Allen premieres March 28 on Paramount +

Paramount + will exclusively stream a ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ special, anchored by Lee Cowan, featuring an interview with filmmaker Woody Allen, ‘CBS This Morning’ ‘s interview with Dylan Farrow and a report by Erin Moriarty on controversial artists and their art , in “CBS Sunday Morning” – “The Woody Allen Interview.”

The special will be available on Paramount + starting March 28.

Cowan interviewed Allen about his new memoir in July 2020, in what is the filmmaker’s first in-depth television interview in nearly three decades. The special also features CBS This Morning’s extensive 2018 interview with Dylan Farrow, detailing her allegations that she was abused by Allen in 1992 and denying having been coached. And Moriarty explores the challenges the public faces when respected artists are claimed – or discovered – to have acted morally questionable.

Allen has repeatedly denied the allegations that have regained attention following the recent documentary series “Allen v. Farrow”. Some experts have disregarded the charges and he has never been charged with a crime.
