Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios Judgment will receive next-gen treatment for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S on April 23, Sega announced today. It comes bundled with all previously released DLC for $ 39.99.
A Yakuza spell in everything but name, Judgment follows Takayuki Yagami as he makes his private investigators through the fictional streets of the well-known franchise local Kamurocho.
When Judgment first came to the west in 2019, KotakuLuke Plunkett had mixed feelings about the game, and praised the “kinder, gentler, more intimate” spin on the Yakuza formula while also finding problems with the investigative gameplay.
Judgment will reportedly run at 60fps on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X / S and take advantage of the platforms’ more powerful hardware for faster load times.
