Xbox has officially unveiled the new Games with Gold for January 2021, and it features four different video games that can be played on different Xbox platforms thanks to the company’s stance on backward compatibility. The January lineup for the service includes Little nightmares, The King of Fighters XIII, Dead Rising, and Breaking down with staggered availability dates.
The first two will initially be available on January 1, while the last will join the offering on January 16. Here’s the full list of Xbox Games with Gold titles for January 2021, including when they come and go, straight from Xbox:
- Little nightmares: January 1 to January 31
- The King of Fighters XIII: January 1 to January 15
- Dead Rising: January 16 to February 15
- Breaking down: January 16 to January 31

Of this, Breaking down is perhaps the least known. Here’s how Xbox describes the video game:

As with PlayStation Plus, these free video games are available to people who subscribe to Xbox Live Gold, which is available for $ 9.99 per month and broadly allows multiplayer online gaming.
