Woody Allen HBO docuseries on allegations of sexual abuse by directors

The Michael Jackson (Leaving Neverland) and R. Kelly (Surviving R. Kelly) documentaries were decisive for the public personas of any singer and while some still defend them, the majority believe the prosecutors and have completely washed their hands off them. The evidence against Woody Allen has been researched and analyzed and sometimes dismissed as Hollywood gossip, but here we hope that HBO’s docuseries All to Farrow is the final blow to incapacitate an apparently sexual abuser.

He for God’s sake married his girlfriend’s daughter, who we knew must be the tip of a terrible iceberg, and yet he was able to make movie after movie afterward. Amazon has shelved Allen’s A rainy day in New York in 2018 after taking Dylan Farrow’s allegations against him more seriously, thank goodness.

Woody Allen has been considered insanely creepy ever since he married daughter Soon-Yi, but Allen worked and worked and still seems to get a pass. Michael Jackson and R. Kelly are not getting any money. How we need what I’m sure is a fine documentary to cancel Woody Allen once and for all is beyond me, but fingers crossed All to Farrow is the last nail in his coffin.
