PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) – TONIGHT: Snow periods. Road conditions are deteriorating. Ice will mix late. Areas to the south and east will turn to sleet and rain. Low 28. Temperatures slowly rising after midnight.

MONDAY: Cloudy and windy with sleet in the morning and quickly switch to snow late in the morning. Become more stable and heavier in the course of the afternoon. South Jersey and Delaware will see rain and sleet in the morning, and may turn back to snow in the afternoon. High 34.

Snowfall Totals: Our far western counties can expect 12-18 “(mainly north of the PA Turnpike), the I-95 corridor will likely be 8-12”, south Jersey 4-8 “and coastal areas 1-4” (washed away due to rain).

TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy and windy with persistent snow showers and gusts of wind. High 36. Wind chills in the 1920s.
