French writer Maurice Leblanc created Arsène Lupine, a white-collar thief who became a hit over a century ago and has stood the test of time. Now Netflix has just released a series inspired by that character, but with a contemporary, funny tone and, if you like, with some social criticism.

This is Lupine, a series in which Assane Diop, a man who goes outside the law, tries to clear up a crime he is accused of.
