Neat Dr Pepper is no ordinary pandemic game.

The company’s coffee business took a shock when office workers started working from home and developed habits that persist even after staff return to their cubicles. Keurig Dr Pepper also benefits from the return of demand to other parts of his business. And due to some changes in ownership of the stock, it is now the largest company eligible to participate in the S&P 500, which could further drive the stock’s valuation.

“Coffee is one of the categories that will benefit from the pandemic in the short, medium and long term,” said Caleb Bryant, associate director of Mintel’s food and beverage division.
