Who doesn’t answer the calls, El Torito or the lottery manager?

An unanswered appeal was the reason for the dispute over the social network Twitter by the senator of the province Monsignor Nouel, Héctor Acosta (El Torito), and the general administrator of the National Lottery, Michelle Dicent.

Since Tuesday, officials have been arguing in the eyes of their digital followers because one picks up the phone calls to the other.

It all started at 6:59 PM on Tuesday when El Torito called via a tweet asking if someone would inform the National Lottery administrator, whom he referred to as his “great friend and colleague” that he was calling you.

About three hours later, Dicent replied that when someone in his case calls and doesn’t answer, he assumes he may be busy or has some dedication.

In that order, he suggested that the singer acknowledge that he was not calling him, but that he was calling back.

“… be honest and admit you didn’t call me, you answered a call I made, we’re going to respect each other,” Dicent posted.

The administrator explained that it was he who called Acosta twice without getting an answer, and later El Torito called him back and didn’t answer.

Dicent urged the artist not to cause conflict, saying he never published a publication about him because he did not answer calls.
