US President Joe Biden today addressed reporters from the White House, where he lobbied Congress for immediate action on his $ 1.9 trillion plan to combat COVID-19, a plan that includes an economic stimulus check, additional for $ 1,400.

Meanwhile, according to Forbes, Democrats are preparing to introduce a process of budget reconciliation so they can pass the third check without needing Republican backing.
“We have learned from the past that risk doesn’t do too much, but too little,” adds Biden.
