A new Call of Duty: Warzone The report contains bad news about the future of the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC game, or at least bad news about the game’s near future. Call from Duty: Warzone currently has a major hacking problem that plagues not only the game’s average competitive match, but professional leagues as well. And it doesn’t look like this problem will be resolved anytime soon. At the time of publication, Activision and co. have been extremely silent on the issue, and it sounds like it could be because no fix is coming soon.
Getting on Twitter, prominent Duty insider and leaker, Tom Henderson, revealed that he researched the game’s hacking problems and learned two things in the process. One of these things is that Activision and co. are a while away from implementing a good anti-cheat. Henderson doesn’t reveal why, but notes that the wait for the addition could be at least another two months. Additionally, Henderson notes War zone is far from the first game in the series to feature an inefficient anti-cheat.

Sadly, this is all Henderson reveals, but for those hoping Warzone’s hacking issues would be fixed soon, but it doesn’t look like that is in the pipeline. It is of course possible that Henderson may have incorrect information, and it is also possible that things could change, but Henderson is usually very reliable when it comes to Duty information.
