WallStreetBets, the investment group famous for sparking meetings at GameStop Corp. and AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. is then back on the Discord service is banned for allowing incitement to hatred.

The group is now running on a new server – a digital space where people can chat together – according to Discord, a communication platform popular among gamers.

Discord said on Wednesday it had shut the group out for not doing enough to stop hateful statements. The company cited multiple violations of its Community Guidelines and said it issued warnings to the administrator of its server. The move was not linked to the group’s efforts to promote stocks like GameStop.

“We will welcome the group back as long as they improve their moderation practices and follow our community guidelines,” Discord said in a statement Thursday. “We reached out to the moderators to support and advise them, as we do for many of our large communities.”

Elon Musk, the head of the billionaire Tesla Inc. tweeted his exasperation over Discord’s move on Wednesday. “Even Discord has disappeared,” he said.
