The video game discographies of Spotify and Apple Music have gotten significantly better outside of Japan today with the addition of soundtracks from the Person series.
These soundtracks contain tunes from Person 2, Person 3, Person 4, and Person 5, as well as music from spin-off games such as Person Q and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. There are even a few live albums from when concerts were still something people could be safe with.
AniPlaylist, the music curation service that provides first saw the soundtracks, has composed a huge Spotify playlist to make specific albums and songs easier to find for non-Japanese speakers. While there are a lot of great things to choose from here, I’ve added a few of my favorites below.

It’s hard to argue against the excellence of Person music, even if you’re not a fan of the high school role-playing type. Each soundtrack is a great blend of thumping battle themes, melancholic piano melodies and ethereal soundscapes, making it great background music for just about any situation. Do yourself a favor and play some of these songs during your workday.
