New updates will be added at the bottom of this story …….
The original story (published January 30, 2021) follows:
It seems that the days when Samsung was one of the slowest Android vendors to release software updates are long gone, as the South Korean giant has already released Android 11 for a number of smartphones.
Recently, the company started to seed Android 11 for the budget-friendly Galaxy M21 and Galaxy F41 in India.
Like most Android software updates, One UI 3.0 will be rolled out to devices in stages. Therefore, the update is not simultaneously available to users around the world.
Instead, some regions get updates earlier than others, and it may take several weeks or even a few months for the rollout to complete.
Usually, Samsung is seeding updates for users in Europe or its home country – South Korea – ahead of other countries. In a surprising turn of events, however, the company has yet to release Android 11 with One UI 3.0 for the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 variants in Korea.
By the end of December, we had brought up a mod’s comment claiming that the company is having issues rolling out the One UI 3.0 beta for the Samsung Galaxy S10 models in Korea.
To date, Samsung has not shared the exact details as to why the update has been delayed for the S10 series in Korea.
While it may be partly to do with why the company recently withdrew and then re-released Android 11 update for the Galaxy S10 series around the world.
But it seems that waiting for the update to Android 10 may soon be over for Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 users in Korea.
This is because a Samsung moderator on the company’s community forums shared positive information about the status of the update (translated from Korean):

According to the moderator, the One UI 3.0 update based on Android 11 for the Samsung Galaxy S10 is currently being verified.
As for Samsung Galaxy Note 10, One UI 3.0 (Android 11) update verification was successful. Hence, users can expect to get the stable update soon.
In a separate comment, the same moderator also claimed that since the update for the Note 10 has been successfully verified, they are relieved and expect the same should be the case for the Galaxy S10 series.
The S10 series is still partially validated, so we’ll update you next week after checking progress. The N10 series went well with verification yesterday afternoon, so I also have some concerns about the S10 series. We are doing our best to distribute the full version of Android 11 as soon as possible. (Source)
According to the mod’s comments, more details on the availability of Android 11 or One UI 3.0 for the Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 in Korea should be available next week.
As usual, we will be posting an update as soon as new details on Android 11 availability for S10 and Note 10 series devices come out.
In the meantime, stay tuned to our dedicated tracker to learn more about the status of One UI 3.0 for all eligible Samsung devices.

According to the mod, the update would first be rolled out for the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and beta users will be given priority.
The beta program for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ has also ended in the country and the stable update has been pushed to users who were in the beta program. The stable update is available with the build number EUA3.
