Adam Cole had a lot to explain at the end of NXT on Wednesday.
Cole started talking about Kyle O’Reilly to explain his actions at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day. He said seeing the images returned made him sick. Then Roderick Strong came out to convince Cole to have common sense.
Finn Balor then ran into the ring to attack Cole. Roddy saved Cole from Balor’s attack and they went to the outside of the ring, Cole then hit Balor with a Superkick while being distracted.
They returned to the ring and Roderick Strong hit Adam Cole and shouted “What’s going on ?!” before getting on her knees with Cole. He said “you are my brother and I love you” to Adam Cole. Then Roderick Strong got up and offered Cole his hand, but instead received a low blow from Cole.
Cole then called Roderick Strong “stupid” before taking the Undisputed Era ID chain from him. This was the apparent end of the group.
