© Nintendo LifeIt seems that Animal Crossing: New Horizon’s grip on the betting public is loosening as the insanely popular title continues to drop its fall in the UK charts.
The 2020 lockdown hit took fourth place last week, but seven days later it is at number 7 on the chart. Fellow Switch Titles Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Minecraft also dropped a bit this week, coming in sixth and tenth place respectively. Encourage absenteeism II – the Switch’s biggest new release of the past week – lands in eleventh place, just outside the top ten.
Last week’s hit – Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury – keeps the top spot, so it’s not all bad.
Persona 5 Strikers enters the list in fifth place, while PS5 title S.pider-Man: Miles Morales climbs from ninth to second thanks to more PS5 hardware inventory becoming available over the past week.
