UBS this week released a comprehensive investment guide to President Joe Biden’s comprehensive infrastructure proposal, complete with stock selection and analyst advice.
The UBS guide, entitled “Rethinking infrastructure,” predicts that the final size of the American Jobs Plan will be much smaller than the current $ 2 trillion, but should nonetheless act as a further tailwind for cyclical stocks.
“Economically sensitive value stocks should receive a boost as investors reassess their future earnings potential and valuation, while higher interest rates would be a headwind to growth stocks,” the team of UBS investment strategists wrote.
