However, resolution 002 warns that the boarding of travelers who do not present the negative result of the PCR test in the country of origin should be allowed. only when they indicate they had difficulties taking it or getting the result within the time limit set for the flight. In these cases, the traveler is informed that upon entering the country, he must perform the PCR test and remain preventively isolated for 14 days. The isolation may end earlier if the result of the PCR test is negative. It can also be extended by epidemiological criteria.

Travelers must verbally declare that they had difficulty taking the test or obtaining the result in the time required for the flight; For these purposes, the verbal manifestation of the passenger is sufficient, which is believed to be taking place under oath.
