Twitter responds to Keke Coutee’s game-losing fumble against Colts

The Houston Texans lost another heartbreaker to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday-afternoon with a 27-20 loss at Lucas Oil Stadium.

For the first time since 2017, the Texans will go through a double-digit loss season and two of those defeats came at the hands of the Colts.

Like the week 13 encounter at NRG Stadium, the Texans’ attack had an accident at the 2-yard line. Rather than screwing up Nick Martin at center on a second-and-goal, receiver Keke Coutee caught a pass and had to cross the goal line, though he would have to bowl through a pair of Colts defenders.

Linebacker Darius Leonard snatched the ball and the Colts recovered in the end zone for a touchback.

Spectators took to Twitter to convey their shock at yet another Texans-Colts game that came to a wild finish.

“That explains the #Texans season,” NFL wrote of Texans

Yellow Boiii delivered a GIF of one man knocking the other upside down, claiming that quarterback Deshaun Watson would do that if he saw Coutee in the locker room.

Another Twitter usage captured the perfect screenshot to sum up Houston’s 2020 season.

Coutee’s fumble cost Michael Dean some money in a 4-way parlay.

Coach Twitter was ready to stop Coutee after the game.

Some would say the play epitomized Houston’s season.

The Texans drop to 4-10 in the season and get ready to play the Cincinnati Bengals in week 16 for their penultimate home game at NRG Stadium.
