In a statement released late Saturday night, the former president targeted Democrats for being “ dirty ” and boycotting companies that “ in any way. ” [offend] them.”
“For years, the radical left Democrats have played dirty by boycotting products when something about that company is done or explained in a way that offends them. Now they are going big with the WOKE CANCEL CULTURE and our holy election, ”Trump said on Saturday in a statement released by Save America PAC.
He then called on Republicans to “fight back”, claiming that “we have more people than they” and urged conservatives to boycott specific companies, including Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines and Citigroup.

The call comes because companies have publicly condemned Georgian law SB 202 and other voting laws proposed in other states in the US
Many Republicans have backed these efforts after Trump and his allies alleged widespread voter fraud tainted the 2020 election amid the pandemic, when ballots were widely used. However, these claims have been disputed by federal and state election officials.

Major League Baseball this week has moved the All-Star Game out of Georgia in protest of the law, the freshest action a company has taken against the law.
Trump immediately called for a boycott of MLB hours after it was announced
Under its limitations, SB 202 limits the use of ballots and imposed new photo ID requirements for absentee voting. It also prohibits the distribution of food and water to people within 50 meters of a polling station, including those in line to vote.
Democrats and critics of the law say it amounts to voter oppression, especially for communities of color.
The Delta Airlines CEO echoed this criticism, employees told in a memo “It is clear that the bill contains provisions that will make it more difficult for many underrepresented voters, especially black voters, to exercise their constitutional right to elect their representatives.”
Executives at Citibank, which Citigroup owns, too publicly opposes the law, casting their support on 72 black business leaders who are called on companies to push back against legislation.
