Trump and Melania wear matching tuxedos in official Christmas portrait

Who wore it better?

President Trump and First Lady Melania wore coordinating tuxedos for their latest official Christmas portrait, released Friday.

Melania tweeted a photo of the couple standing in the Grand Staircase of the White House, both in black tuxedos and beaming at the camera.

“Merry Christmas from President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump,” she wrote.

The photo was taken by White House photographer Andrea Hanks on December 10, the day of the White House convention Christmas party.

While the commander in chief opted for a traditional bow tie tuxedo, the first lady put a feminine twist on the suit with tailored trousers and black stilettos.

The couple did not pose for a traditional Christmas photo in 2019, but did release photos in 2018 and 2017.
