Truck playback audio ‘similar’ to Nashville bomb RV probed

A white box truck playing “audio similar” to the RV that exploded in downtown Nashville on Christmas morning was reported outside of town on Sunday, according to local authorities and outlets.

Sheriff’s deputies in Rutherford and Wilson counties investigate a box truck parked in a store that plays audio resembling the Christmas explosion in Nashville, Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office said. tweeted Sunday afternoon.

“The driver was stopped by deputies and detained. Residents evacuated. Research actively. “

The town’s Christmas blast was preceded by a creepy audio recording from a motor home of a voice warning locals of the impending explosion and urging them to evacuate. Petula Clark’s classic pop song ‘Downtown’ was also played bizarrely intermittently from the car.

According to local Fox branch WZTV, the sheriff’s reporters received a phone call about the white box truck around 10:30 a.m. Sunday and they were located near Highway 231 at the Cedars of Lebanon State Park.

Images posted by local NBC subsidiary WSMV show a police robot approaching the vehicle, apparently to search for possible explosives.

The park is located about 30 miles east of Nashville, where the RV exploded outside an AT&T building on Friday, injuring three people.

Investigators are reportedly investigating whether the explosion is related to Anthony Quinn Warner, a 63-year-old computer expert who may have feared 5G cellular technology and alleged surveillance of Americans.

Authorities are also investigating whether human remains found among the debris from that explosion belong to Warner.

Officials had said there was little fear of follow-up incidents.
