Transfer market Out of favor with Chelsea
W.with the January transfer window almost open, Marcos Alonso Looks like he’s met Atletico Madrid close to sealing his signature of Chelsea.
Until now this season Frank Lampard has rarely turned to the Spaniard, as the fullback played just 225 minutes in three appearances, with his last game on September 26.
According to The Independent, and since verified by MARCA, Atletico Madrid is on the verge of reaching an agreement Alonso on loan from Chelsea.
Atleti will be without Kieran Trippier for 10 games after his betting ban, and as a result numbers are missing on both the left and right back, with Alonso previously linked to a move to the Estadio Wanda Metropolitano in the summer.
