Chet Hanks, a son of actor Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, has been charged by his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker for alleged assault and destruction.
In a petition filed Tuesday in a court in Fort Bend, Texas, obtained by Fox News, Parker claims she began dating Hanks in March 2019 and the couple moved in together a year later. She claims that there were three feuds between the couple in late 2020, during which Hanks held her “forcefully” and threatened her.
The first incident reportedly took place on October 18, 2020, when Parker claims she took a trip to New Orleans to support the role of Hanks in Showtime’s “ Your Honor, ” when the two got into a fight over where they planned to live. dine while staying at the Windsor Court hotel.

Parker claims that Hanks ‘started attacking her verbally’ and later that night became ‘aggressive and hostile’.
While the prosecution was in bed, the Defendant Hanks began to verbally assault and threaten her. He pushed her, threatening physical harm, while stating: ‘[I] wouldn’t be disrespectful [him] [he] was in control, [he] wouldn’t allow what happened to his mother and father’s relationship to happen to us[s]’ and other things.”
Parker claims that Hanks then “grabbed her with great force” as she tried to leave, adding that he also pushed her with such force that Parker knocked over tables in the room.
A Hanks attorney did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment.

Court documents allege that Hanks “threw a bottle” at Parker before grabbing and shoving her “angrily”. In her affidavit, Parker also claims that Hanks called her a ‘ghetto black b —-‘.
Parker claimed the couple were later locked out of their room and she failed to report the alleged physical encounter when questioned by a security guard.
A second incident occurred in Sugar Land, Texas on Dec. 22, 2020, Parker alleges in court documents.

Parker claims she brought her nine-year-old twins, who were in the house at the time of the alleged conversation, to her mother’s house. She later returned to the estate she shared with Hanks and “hid.” [his] gun so he wouldn’t have access to it, “court papers claim.
On the week of January 6, 2021, Parker claims she told Hanks she was “unhappy” in the relationship, which left him full of “anger.”

On January 8, Parker began moving things out of their home with the help of her assistant, movers and a handyman, according to the court’s indictment. Parker claims that Hanks then “grabbed her by the wrist and twisted her arm,” before attempting to record the altercation with her phone, causing Hanks to “abuse” her in an attempt to stop.

“Defendant Hanks kicked Parker’s legs and caused her to fall as he dragged her down the sidewalk,” court documents further claim. Defendant Hanks pulled Parker on her right arm. Parker felt her arm go out of place. ”
The third incident is said to have prompted the police to arrive on the scene and Parker reported before moving. She received a warrant for protection against Hanks on Jan. 14, court papers confirmed.
In her filing, Parker alleged that Hanks had committed assault, destruction, and willful inflicting emotional distress. She is seeking funding in excess of $ 1 million.

Parker’s indictment comes just weeks after Fox News confirmed that Hanks had indicted Parker in Los Angeles Superior Court for theft, assault and battery as a result of the January incident. He also demands that Parker return the money she allegedly stole from him, which he claims was about $ 5,800 taken from his bank account.
In addition, the complaint alleges a separate amount – totaling $ 13,700 – that Parker alleges that Parker took over a home the two had shared until he broke off their relationship and ended their apartment rental in Houston, Texas on Jan. 8 after discovering the alleged fraudulent . cost.
The lawsuit further alleges that Parker also made “extortion threats” at Hanks after realizing she was “in trouble.”
Hanks’ attorney, Marty Singer, told Fox News in a statement in late March that Parker’s allegations that Hanks “pushed” her are “completely false, made up, and fictitious.”

On March 30, a judge signed the Temporary Protection Order and the suspension of Chet’s small arms license.
