Rapper T.I. and wife Tiny Harris have been charged with drugging and sexually assaulting multiple people, according to a lawyer now calling for a criminal investigation into the allegations. The alleged incidents took place in several states between 2005 and 2018.
Attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn sent letters to attorneys general in California and Georgia requesting that they investigate the claims of 10 women and a man who alleged that the rapper, his wife, and their associates engaged in acts such as “ forced drugging, kidnapping. , rape and intimidation. ”
“These women don’t know each other, and without any guidance on my part, they recount eerily similar events of sexual abuse, forced intoxication of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terrorist threats and false incarceration,” Blackburn said in his letters.
A lawyer for the couple said the couple, whose real names are Clifford and Tameka Harris, “deny these baseless and unjustified allegations in the strongest possible terms.” Attorney Steve Sadow also called the claims a “shakedown” that started on social media.
“Blackburn repeatedly refused to provide the names of his prosecution clients or any supporting or supporting evidence of his baseless claims,” Sadow said in a statement. “The Harrises reiterate that if a thorough and fair investigation is conducted, no charges will be brought.”

The letters describe several alleged cases of drugging and assault. In 2005, a woman in her early twenties met the couple at a California club, where she had a drink herself and a sip of a drink that Tiny offered her, according to Blackburn’s letter to the California Attorney General. She went to the rapper’s hotel room and became “light-headed and dizzy,” and eventually vomited, the letter said. She turned down his advances, but said she remembers waking up “ naked on the couch with a towel thrown over her with a very sore vagina, ” the letter claimed.
Three women have accused the couple of drugging them in Atlanta, Georgia. One of them said she worked for the couple in the summer of 2006 when she was offered a drink and pills from Tiny, which left her ill, Blackburn’s letter said. She eventually had to vomit and wake up naked, believing her virginity had been taken away, the lawyer wrote.
A renowned rapper from Atlanta, TI is known for his contributions to hip-hop from the early 2000s. In 2010, the three-time Grammy winner married Tiny, known for her songwriting career in the 1990s.
The two have their own reality TV show on VH1, where cameras capture their great family and celebrity lives. Deadline reported that MTV Entertainment, a division of ViacomCBS, has paused filming for season four to “gather more information” after allegations surfaced earlier this year.
Blackburn recalled the new allegations at a news conference Monday morning and said he has heard allegations from more than 30 women. Most, he said, remained anonymous for fear of retaliation.
