TSE magistrate Noel Orellana for his part explained that he cannot take an official position until they have received the report from the relevant management.
“As the case is officially known, we are going to position ourselves as a TSE and in the case of criminal liability it is the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) that must deduce responsibilities that every case deserves,” he said.
However, Orellana believed that those minutes were counted towards the final check, because the same system did not accept inconsistencies in the absence of minutes.
