Before living a life full of luxury and comfort, the Mexican singer and actress Thalia, had a happy childhood with his late mother Yolanda Miranda Mange and the rest of his family. The artist lived in the known for many years “House of the dogs”, located in the near Santa María la Ribera, from Mexico City.

Thalía Sodi’s house has been called that ever since outside it had 27 dog sculptures who seemed to be guarding the singer’s house. It was a three-storey building dating back to the Porphyry era. Over the years the house has suffered some damage, but it is still there as in the interpreter’s youth.

Thalía has fond memories of her mother from that house. “She took me to the park every Sunday to cycle around Kiosco MoriscoIt’s a treasure of the city and all the wonder around my house, ”said Tommy Mottola’s wife of Univision.

It is also near the “house of the dogs” Holy Spirit Parish, where Thali remembered having been with her mother. The singer’s family has very fond memories of that place, except Laura Zapata, who, on orders from Thalia’s father, could never see the inside of the house.

The Sodi family's 'doghouse' is still there.
