Third lawsuit against Deshaun Watson alleges forced oral sex

A third lawsuit has been filed against Texan quarterback Deshaun Watson, with another licensed massage therapist accused of sexual assault and harassment.

The lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday night in Harris County District Court, accuses Watson of “forcing [the massage therapist] perform oral sex ”during a massage in Houston in December 2020.

The first two lawsuits filed against Watson were for incidents reportedly taking place in March and August 2020. Watson has publicly denied the allegations of the first lawsuit, but has since made no comment. According to the latest lawsuit, Watson first contacted the massage therapist via a direct message on Instagram and asked for an appointment.

According to the lawsuit, shortly after the massage began on December 28, Watson “began aggressively dictating the massage and where he wanted the plaintiff to touch it.” Watson has reportedly asked repeatedly to massage his “inner thighs” and “inner glutes” and then “continue to fixate on” inserting his hamstrings. “

The massage therapist was uncomfortable, according to the suit, but Watson “repeatedly made it clear that he was a professional footballer who could help or hurt her career.”

Later, while the massage therapist worked on his rib cage, Watson reportedly became “more aggressive and told her to forcibly move her hand to his pubic area … [and] instructed her to run her hand over his genitals, ” the lawsuit claims. Watson subsequently “forced Plaintiff to move her mouth to his penis, forcing Plaintiff to perform oral sex with him,” the lawsuit said.

The plaintiff is demanding “minimal compensatory damages,” although the lawsuit notes that she was “suffering mentally as a result of Watson’s conduct.”

High-profile Texas attorney Tony Buzbee has filed all three lawsuits on behalf of women for wrongdoing by Watson, saying on social media on Wednesday that a total of six lawsuits should be filed.

The charges against Watson come because the 25-year-old quarterback is in the middle of a gridlock with the Texans. He filed for a trade after signing a $ 160 million four-year extension last fall, although the Texans have said publicly that they have no intention of trading him.
