According to the complaints, both women and the minor entered the Double Tree hotel in Santurce, where agents Eric González and Miguel Alemañy appeared, interviewing the inn’s manager, who confirmed that both women, from the state of Florida, were those at the hotel. stayed and reportedly been involved in several incidents.
In their intervention, the officers realized that the seven-year-old boy, who reportedly has autism, was hit on the head with a bump as a result of an alleged fall he suffered three days ago in the hotel pool. Police said the boy was accompanied during the police intervention by his aunt, Nadia Gogolistyn, who was also drunk. Following the complaint, protective custody of the minor was passed under the authority of Law 246 for the welfare of Puerto Rico’s minors.
