They are confused by the constitution

The party’s rabid rage in power and its nomenklatura against the National Electoral Institute, exacerbated by the question of the deputies’ overrepresentation, began when Morena was caught red-handed in the most brutal vote purchase in history, disguising herself as a multi-millionaire “support” for victims of the 19 September 2017 earthquake.

Had it not been for the federal judiciary’s electoral court, the same one that continued to serve as a pimp for Morena with decisions contrary to INE resolutions, this crime would have been punished with the utmost accuracy as it was documented by the offenders even with tens of thousands of vouchers of obscure money distribution in politically profitable population groups.

The Morenoists blame the INE for working for the opposition parties, and President López Obrador reaffirmed his disdain at the signing of the hilarious National Agreement for Democracy, saying that the institution that organizes and ensures the cleanliness of the elections was not invited because a new phase. You can’t put new wine in old bottles… ”.

¡Au!

They are annoyed by the way the INE is about to distribute, according to the percentage of votes obtained by each party, the 200 seats of proportional representation of the 500 federal councils in total (300 are elected by direct vote ).

They resort to victimization because of the agreement approved by nine of the 11 election advisers to apply, in addition to legal or legal tricks, what Article 54 of the Constitution prescribes (fifth fraction): “Under no circumstances should a political party count with a number of alternates for both principles representing a percentage of the total of the legislature eight points higher than the percentage of votes cast ”.

And the point is that what was previously permitted, that is, slightly violating the Constitution, can unlawfully and outrageously benefit a party. And since Morena took advantage of the same PRI tricks he condemned in the past, he doesn’t want to override the will of the electorate today.

The explanation, with readers’ forgiveness, is inevitably cumbersome:

Coligados Morena, the Labor Party, and Social Encounter won 220 districts in total three years ago (106, 58, and 56, respectively), but 11 of the PT were with Morena militants, which would allow the empowered party to have 85 multi-members, the PT three and none the PES, which is correct because neither exceeded the 8 percent allowed by the constitution. But if they together held 45.9 percent of the vote, they won 61 percent of the Chamber of Deputies, that is, an over-representation of 15.7 percent, almost twice the constitutional level.

Under permanent siege and disqualifications, the INE has only one argument against the arrogant party’s whining: Article 54 of the Constitution that Morena wants to continue to violate …
