Said persons are part of a criminal gang operating in the north of Bogotá and drying their victims to perform millionaire rides and later leave them in the town’s pastures.
The United States government was warned after two senior officials from the US embassy in Bogotá reported being victims of this gang.

For now, The Colombian prosecutor’s office has linked Arango and Uribe to the investigation into the death of Alexandra Anaya, sister of a former prosecutor who was drunk on a millionaire ride similar to that of American diplomats.
However, Anaya died from the high dose he received from the drug the criminals gave him.
