These foods that you include in your diet make you fat and age

Many of the ‘healthy’ foods we consume every day believe that we make the best choices for them our diet adds extra pounds, make us gain weight and also accelerate aging. Therefore, before choosing them again, think carefully about whether you want to maintain optimal body weight and get healthy.

We take the classic as an example orange juice. We eat it for breakfast and think it’s the best way to start the day. And when someone tells us we have a can of soda, we look at that person confusedly thinking they are totally confused. But it is not. And any nutritionist will insist on taking the whole fruit to avoid the free sugar in orange juice. Another mistake. The cereals. They put batteries on us and take care of our weight. Or they tell us. Nor is it entirely true, as it usually is foods high in sugar, that they start with the nutritional properties that grains would have without handling them. To be clearer about which foods to choose if we want to eat healthier and what to preserve, we spoke with Nutritienda nutritionists Andrea Báguena and Andrea Hernan Gómez. Be careful with ‘light’ products

We must remember that there are processed foods that we eat every day thinking they are healthy because they are sold to us among us confusing words like ‘light’ or ‘low calories’. These foods, which we sometimes consume indiscriminately, can be a problem and cause an increase in obesity if we mistakenly believe that “because it’s light, it loses weight”.

A light product means that it has been reduced by at least 30% of the calorie content of the original product, but does that mean it is low in calories? Is a light industrial sandwich healthy? Does that open up the prohibition of abuse or continued consumption? We should always choose natural foods: baking a cake at home will always be better because we will control its ingredients and quantities. Plus, learning food labels makes our choices better! Consuming light products in an offensive way will therefore increase the calories in our diet, almost without realizing it.
