For the second consecutive day, a massage therapist has charged Texas quarterback Deshaun Watson with sexual assault, according to a civil suit filed Wednesday in Harris County, Texas.
The alleged incident is said to have occurred in August 2020 – five months after another massage therapist said she was similarly attacked by the 25-year-old face of the Houston franchise.
Both complaints say that Watson assaulted the unidentified massage therapists by touching them with his penis and acting in an “aggressive” manner.
The first complaint was that “it became clear that Watson only wanted a massage for one reason: sex.”
Watson denied the first allegation after it surfaced Tuesday, saying he has “never treated a woman with anything but the utmost respect” and that he looks forward to clearing his name. He also said he rejected an “ unfounded six-figure settlement claim ” before the first prosecutor came forward.
Watson has not publicly responded to the second allegation, which is because he faces an uncertain future in Houston after filing for a transaction earlier in the off-season due to reported problems with management.
Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents both women, said on social media that he will file two more cases on behalf of women accused of wrongdoing by Watson, a three-time Pro Bowl quarterback.
“Watson’s behavior is part of a troubling pattern of preying on vulnerable women,” read the complaint filed Wednesday.
The plaintiff in the second complaint, named Jane Doe to protect her identity, said Watson contacted her via Instagram and flew her from Atlanta to a Houston hotel suite for the August 28 massage session. curious “that a” NFL player would seek a massage with her, because she is not yet a well-known masseuse. “
According to the complaint, Watson immediately became completely naked and refused to cover his penis when asked, stating that he “gets hot easily.”

The prosecution ignored his request and worked on Watson’s inner thigh, as previously discussed, making Watson “more aggressive” and moving in a direction that caused “the prosecution’s hand to touch Watson’s genitals,” the complaint said. .
The plaintiff then stopped the massage, according to the complaint, and later left the hotel room while Watson was in the shower.
She said that Watson paid her only half of what she owed, but that she was “so troubled by the incident that she did not seek the other half of the payment.”
Both prosecutors are seeking “minimum damages” from Watson, who last fall signed a four-year deal worth up to $ 156 million ($ 73 million guaranteed).
