The Lakers Los Angeles Dennis Schroder on Friday. At least according to coach Frank Vogel, who shared his optimism about the Schroder case with Mike Trudell of Spectrum SN.
After losing another game on Wednesday without their starting point guard and superstar Anthony Davis. Schroder, 27, has been out since last week because of the strict COVID-19 protocols NBA
Since being ruled out, the fighter has missed four games and to say the defending champions failed to deliver is an understatement as they lost all those starts.
Frank Vogel said “it is still possible that he will play on Friday,” and the Lakers hope he will clarify protocols and be available for the game against Portland.

Without Schroder, Vogel tried to go first with Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and Wesley Matthews in the backcourt and LeBron James as his main playmaker.
After losing three games, Vogel tried something new against the Utah Jazz by adding Talen Horton-Tucker to the starting line-up. But it didn’t quite work for the Lakers as they were destroyed by the growing Jazz.
Fans hope Vogel’s optimism isn’t unfounded, as they need to get Schroder back on the list ASAP.
