The PIP and MVC plead in court for their representativeness in the EEG

The Movimiento Victoria Ciudadana (MVC) Party and the Puerto Rican Independence Party (PIP) are pleading today, Friday, before the Judge of the Court of First Instance, Anthony Cuevas Ramos, to justify their representation on the State Election Commission (CEE).

The lawsuit was brought by the Puerto Rican Independence Party (PIP) election commissioner, Roberto Iván Aponte, after the president of the EEC, Francisco Rosado Colomer, ruled through a resolution that minority parties, including the Proyecto Dignidad collective, should not are represented in the agency.

Both the MVC and the PIP were registered in the last election on November 3.
