The Pentagon report will detail “hard to explain” UFO sightings

A forthcoming government report will describe some “hard to explain” UFO sightings, former National Intelligence Director John Ratcliffe said in a recent interview.

Ratcliffe, the most senior intelligence officer under former President Donald Trump, was asked about incidents involving unidentified flying objects on Fox News Friday.

“There have been many more sightings than made public,” he told host Maria Bartiromo. “Some of them have been released.”

“And when we talk about sightings,” continued Ratcliffe, “we’re talking about objects seen by Navy or Air Force pilots, or picked up by satellite imagery taking downright hard-to-explain actions.”

“Movements that are difficult to replicate and for which we don’t have the technology. Or travel at speeds that cross the sound barrier without a sonic boom. “

His comments came months after the Pentagon released three well-known UFO videos, acknowledging that the footage was taken by US Navy pilots.

In the interview, Ratcliffe said the sightings, which have been reported around the world, go beyond “just a pilot or just a satellite, or some kind of intelligence collection.”

“Usually we have multiple sensors picking up these things … some of these are unexplained phenomena, and there are actually quite a few more than have been made public,” he said.

The new Pentagon report is expected to be released on June 1, Bartiromo said during the interview.

That’s after then-President Trump signed the $ 2.3 trillion COVID-19 emergency relief and government funding bill in December, counting down 180 days for the Pentagon and spy agencies to say what they know about UFOs.

Ratcliffe said he had hoped to release the information before the government’s departure from the White House in January, but “we couldn’t get it in an unclassified format that we could talk about soon enough.”
