Pokemon GO is a popular game in which players can catch and train Pokemon, just like the trainers from the animated series.
While most Pokemon are available in the wild for trainers to catch, Mewtwo, the most powerful Pokemon in the game, cannot be caught in the wild.
How to catch Mewtwo in Pokemon GO
The ever-elusive Mewtwo has been the wish of almost every trainer in Pokemon GO around the world. Capturing them was previously only possible through raids. However, as of now, Mewtwo is not available for players to catch in-game.
Mewtwo and Armored Mewtwo appeared at the Pokemon GO Community Event, where the Pokemon knew the charged move Psystrike. And the Pokemon is all set to return again in February 2021 as part of the Pokemon GO Tour: Kanto event.
There is, however, a small catch. This will be a paid event. Trainers from around the world will have to purchase a ticket to participate in this event and have 12 hours to catch all 150 Pokemon from the Kanto region.
