Not only is Epic Game’s latest giveaway on the Epic Games Store in the tweet below, it’s also literally Within, a spooky game from developer Playdead that will be free for the next few hours. Epic Games announced the latest free game through the Twitter account for its store, just as the other free games have been announced in the past. You can now get the game for free, but only for a limited time until it is replaced by another giveaway.
To get Within, all you need to do is follow the link in the tweet below, log into your Epic Games Store account and redeem the offer. You can try it out Within after that or when you’ve gone through all the other free games that Epic Games is giving away in the past few days.

The game normally costs $ 20 through the Epic Games Store, so “free” isn’t a bad discount at all. Epic Game’s preview of the game offers little more than saying that a boy is being hunted down and alone in the middle of a ‘dark project’, but Steam’s description of the game offers a little more through some of the parts people liked the most to the 2016 game.
“Hunted and alone, a boy is pulled into the middle of a dark project,” read a preview of the game from Steam. “Within is a dark, narrative platformer that combines intense action with challenging puzzles. It has been critically acclaimed for its moody art style, ambient soundtrack and unsettling atmosphere. “
Meanwhile, the leaked list of games that Epic Games had planned for the holiday giveaways has now been almost confirmed. Each of the games on the leaked list has been accurately given away for free in the exact order they were listed Within next Wednesday Tropico 5 to give away. Assuming Epic Games isn’t attracting people anytime soon, it should be the next game to be given away Darkest Dungeon followed by My time in Portia afterwards.
Epic Games’ free giveaways will run through December 31st and you can Within until Friday when the next game is available.
