UNITED STATES. – Although the saying is “the third is the charm”, for Nicolas Cage it is the fifth.
The 56-year-old actor and star of “Ghost Rider” this time remarried a 26-year-old girl.
This is Riko Shibata, who he married last month in Sin City, Nevada.
According to TMZ, the Clack County Clerk’s Office reveals that Riko adopted Cage’s last name on Feb. 16.
Nic, who lives in Las Vegas, announced his engagement to Riko in August after proposing FaceTime. Riko was in Japan when she asked the question, so Nicolas shipped the engagement ring through FedEx.
It is Nicolas’ fifth marriage and the union comes less than 2 years after his last marriage to Erika Koike ended in divorce after just 4 days.
He was also previously married to Alice Kim, Lisa Marie Presley and Patricia Arquette.
