The FBI assures that the person responsible for the Nashville explosion has sent packages to acquaintances

Before he was killed in a Christmas Day explosive attack that destroyed several blocks from downtown NashvilleAnthony Warner sent material about his views to his acquaintances, federal investigators revealed.

In a statement to The Associated Press, FBI agent Jason Pack said Saturday the authorities “know that the suspect has sent material to defend his position to several acquaintances across the country”.

Authorities have said that 63-year-old Anthony Warner was responsible for the explosion that damaged dozens of buildings and injured several people. Warner died in the explosion in his RV, the causes of which have not been determined by investigators..

Pack did not provide further details on the contents of the packages shipped by Warner, but urged anyone who received the material to contact the FBI.

The explosion occurred on Christmas morning long before the streets of downtown Nashville were filled with activity. Police attended the report of an alleged shooting in the area on Friday when they discovered a mobile home that had been advertised, by means of a recording, that a bomb would detonate within 15 minutes. Then, inexplicably, shortly before the eruption, the audio switched to Petula Clark’s 1964 hit “ Downtown. ”
