Jarren Durán drove in four of the Caguas Criollos’ seven runs, including a three-run homer, for the third consecutive victory on Saturday, 7-3 against the Indios de Mayaguez in the third game of the final series of the Baseball League . With a 3-0 lead, the Criollos can conquer their nineteenth winter ball title in the Isidoro “Cholo” García stadium from 6 pm on Sunday.
Durán broke a 2-2 tie in the seventh with an RBI double, then disappeared into left field with two runners on base in the eighth to increase the Creole leada.
The win went to reliever Anthony Maldonado, who gave up two basehits and an earned run in the sixth inning. The setback was charged by imported Robby Rowland who gave up the playoffs against Duran in a third of the inning.

The Indians started the game aggressively, scoring its first run in the first inning. Henry Ramos and Jack Lopez led off the shoot with consecutive singles and moved to scoring position on an error in the defense by Joneswhy Fargas.
