Puerto Rico police confirmed today, Friday, that the man and woman murdered last night were nurses from the Medical Center.
The information was confirmed by Lieutenant Ángel Martínez of the Uniformada in an interview with NotiUno 630. He also indicated that more than 49 bullet casings, caliber 9 mm, had been found.
According to the police report, the victims were identified as Juan C. Montañez Alamo, 37, and Jarry Lee Laureano, 26.
They left their shift at 11:00 AM. They were both nurses in the emergency room.
The woman died while on treatment at the Medical Center.
